Kevin joined Proformative as Senior Designer, serving a lead-generation business. I brought UX, UI and print design in-house and provided engineering support with Drupal theming, saving more than $10,000 per year. The first business pivot was to add a B2B directory pointed at CFO control of $2.5T/year corporate spending to user-generated content and live webinars. Success with CPE events, for which Kevin provided Web and print design, led them to pivot again to an on-demand video training platform, which Kevin designed and themed, with a unique self-assessment tool. This led to sale of the Q&A and lead-gen business and the Proformative name, followed by re-branding of the training platform, and resulted in their promotion to Design Director of the new brand, Illumeo.
